Our technologies
HARD SOLVENT PRINT
It is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and outdoor weather conditions including UV radiation. Thus, there in no need for lamination. Hard solvent prints are ideally suited for outdoor advertising: banners, billboards, meshes, ads on boards, signboards, cards, truck canvas covers etc.
ECOSOLVENT PRINT
It is printing with lactating inks. Less durable than hard solvent print, yet still of very good quality. Printouts exhibit high resolution, almost invisible screen and smooth transition of colors. This kind of print is most often used for indoor display such as roll up stands, exposition walls etc.
UV PRINT
This technique, based on fixation of the print with UV rays, allows printing on reeled materials (papers, banners, films etc.) and on rigid surfaces including transparent and shining ones. A glassy layer, resistant to external factors, is formed on the surface. This state-of-the art technique is environment friendly. Odorless UV inks make the printing process inoffensive.
MILLING
This technique allows cutting out of any shapes. We own a flat multipurpose plotter (for making indents, cutting, cardboard bending, milling) with the working area of 2x3m. Varied types of tools (millers, oscillatory cutters) allow precise cutting of even the most complicated shapes. The plotter can handle any materials up to 2.7 cm thick, with precision and repeatability of up to 0.01 mm. The cut line is smooth, it does not fray. There is an option of cutting materials longer than the working area.
LAMINATION
It is covering of printouts with a special layer for extra protection against UV radiation and mechanical damage. Used mostly for outdoor displays. In case of indoor applications this technique is comes in useful when protecting floor and counter labels. It is particularly handy for portable exhibits that are often disassembled and moved from place to place. There are two kinds of lamination: 1. Permanent – the print is covered with transparent film; 2. Liquid – a thin layer of special lacquer is spread over the print.
